On the website www.tf-parfum.com, the customer can finalize the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions and procedures provided.
These general terms and conditions of sale are an integral and essential part of the sales contract; for this reason, they must be reviewed "Online" by the customer before completing the purchase procedure. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
By electronically submitting the confirmation of their purchase order, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in their relations with the company tf-parfum, the general terms and conditions of sale, including the payment conditions illustrated in the "Payments and Security" section, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided to them.
Product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT (22%). Shipping costs, which vary depending on the delivery method requested, must be added to the product price. For non-EU countries, the price does not include national taxes and import duties.
Delivery of ordered products will be made to the address indicated. All delivery times stated on the website www.tf-parfum.com are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing, and delivery times declared by carriers.
tf-parfum.com disclaims any responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the website may have slight differences from those that will arrive at your home.
Products may undergo slight changes by manufacturers to improve their appearance and characteristics.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) within 14 calendar days.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
• Purchase made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).
• Used products, or those without labels or original packaging.
• Any product that does not retain the original characteristics and equipment it had at the time of purchase (e.g., simple breakage of the packaging).
• Any product that has been even minimally used or that has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion, or simple opening of a seal.
• In the event that the product is damaged for reasons other than its transport.
• The Customer may not, in any case, exercise the right of withdrawal if the products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
REFUND METHODS:
tf-parfum.com will refund the cost of the returned product in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of the contract. The return will be made by credit card refund if the original payment was made by credit card, and by bank transfer in all other cases. Shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees are never subject to refund in case of withdrawal.
The costs of returning products purchased on tf-parfum.com are borne by the Customer.
We emphasize that items must be intact to obtain return approval and must be shipped carefully using, if necessary, correct and adequate packaging to prevent them from being damaged or destroyed.
As soon as our warehouse confirms receipt of the package and the integrity of the products, we will refund the order amount.
